Board

Fresh mountain spring water: The tap water can be drunk without any problems, it is fresh mountain spring water.

Extra charge

Beverage service: Be it water, juices, beer or wine – you will find a small selection in the Rudlerhof shop. A wide range of drinks, wines and spirits are available in the family-owned beverage store Egarter. On request, we can deliver your selection from there to the door of your apartment.
Bread roll service: From Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) you can order fresh rolls from the local baker, as well as butter, milk, yogurt and jam.
Stocked fridge: A range of regional delicacies are already waiting in your fridge upon arrival – could that be possible? Why yes, simply order your desired products before you arrive – we’ll do the shopping!

Parking
Each apartment has a reserved parking space in the garage. If you are travelling with two cars, please let us know in advance.

Smoking
We ask you to refrain from smoking in the Rudlerhof and in the Chalet Rudana.

Barrier-free apartments
As a partner of the “Südtirol für alle” (South Tyrol for everyone) initiative, we also enable people with disabilities to enjoy a comfortable holiday in the Dolomites. Apartments 4 and 5 in the Rudlerhof are barrier-free, in Chalet Rudana all apartments are barrier-free. There is also a lift in both houses. We would be happy to help you choose the right apartment for you.

Price information

The prices quoted are per night and apartment exclusive of final cleaning and the local tax of € 1.90 per person (from 14 years) per day. The prices vary depending on the occupancy – it is best to send us a non-binding enquiry.

Supplements & reductions

Additional person: For each additional person (max. one person and only by arrangement) € 20.00 will be charged.
Reductions for children: Children up to three years stay free of charge.
extra charge: Bread roll service, beverage service, “stocked fridge” service.
Cleaning: Twice weekly cleaning with hoover included, additional daily cleaning of the apartment on request / with surcharge.
Dogs: Dogs are allowed at the Rudlerhof by arrangement, at an extra charge of € 20.00 per day. Pets are not allowed in Chalet Rudana, we ask for your understanding.

Booking information

Deposits

After successful booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of at least one third of the total amount. You can make the deposit via bank transfer to the following bank account:

We ask you to pay the balance the day before departure.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation within 30 days before your arrival as well as in case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booking period of the apartment will be charged. The deposit will be assessed as a handling fee.

Travel insurance

To avoid inconvenience and costs, we recommend the HGV cancellation insurance.
